Every Vaccine Record, Prescription, and Lab Result — One Organized Vault

PetCure's Document Vault keeps every pet health record — vaccines, prescriptions, lab results, insurance — in one searchable place instead of scattered across email, photos, and paper folders.

PetCure's Document Vault stores pet health records by type — vaccination, prescription, lab result, and more — with expiry tracking from the dates you set, and upload via camera or file picker.

What it does

The Document Vault organizes uploaded files by document type (such as vaccination, prescription, laboratory result, imaging, discharge note, insurance, invoice, medical record, or other) and by pet, so a multi-pet household isn't hunting through one long undifferentiated list.

Documents that have a natural expiry — like a rabies vaccination or an insurance policy — can include an expiry date. The app then shows Active, Expiring Soon, or Expired status from that date, so a lapse gets caught before it matters rather than at the worst possible moment.

Uploading a document takes a photo directly from the camera or pulls a file from the photo library or file system, and any document can be edited or removed later as records change.

Key capabilities

Type organization

Vaccination, prescription, lab result, imaging, discharge note, insurance, invoice, and more — filtered by pet.

Expiry tracking

Set an expiry date; the app shows Active, Expiring Soon, or Expired so vaccine or insurance lapses are harder to miss.

Camera & file upload

Capture a document with the camera or pull one from your photo library or files — no scanner needed.

Private by design

Documents stay private by default; sharing with invited caregivers is explicit, not automatic.

How it works

01

Upload a document

Photograph it or pick a file, choose the pet and document type.

02

Set an expiry if relevant

Vaccines, insurance, and similar records can include an expiry date for status tracking.

03

Find it when you need it

Filter by pet or type instead of scrolling a single long list.

Real-world use cases

  • Pulling up a rabies certificate on the spot for a boarding facility or groomer.
  • Catching an expired pet insurance policy before a claim gets denied over it.
  • Handing a vet a lab result from six months ago without digging through old emails.

Free vs Premium

The Free plan includes up to 10 documents with 50 MB of storage — enough for the essentials on one or two pets.

Premium raises that to 200 documents and 1 GB of storage, built for households keeping a full paper trail across multiple pets and years of records.
