What PetCure is

PetCure is a pet-care organization app and website. It helps you manage pet profiles, medications, reminders, care schedules, health logs, weight logs, vet contacts, vet visit history, document vault records, reports, emergency details, and household access.

Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using PetCure, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. You should use PetCure only if you can legally enter into these terms in your country or region.

Medical and safety boundaries

PetCure does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, calculate safe dosage, make emergency decisions, or replace a licensed veterinarian. You must use your own judgment and seek professional veterinary care, especially in urgent or emergency situations.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login secure, keeping your contact information reasonably accurate, reviewing records before relying on them, and managing household sharing permissions carefully.

Your content

You keep responsibility for the information, files, notes, photos, and reports you upload, generate, or share through PetCure. You should only upload content you have the right to use and share, and you should avoid entering information that is inaccurate, unlawful, or misleading.

Household sharing

If you invite family members, caregivers, or other collaborators, you are responsible for assigning permissions that fit their role. Shared access may allow invited users to view or manage pet-care information according to the permissions you grant.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Billing, renewals, cancellation, restoration, and refunds for in-app subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to those platforms' rules and your local consumer rights. PetCure does not use Stripe for subscription billing.

Plan limits and feature access

Free and paid plans may have different limits for features such as pets, household members, reminders, reports, documents, or other records. Current in-app and website plan information controls if there is any difference between older wording and current feature availability.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse PetCure, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the app or website except where local law allows it, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use the service in a way that risks harm to people, animals, or systems.

Availability and changes

PetCure may add, remove, or modify features, limits, or integrations as the service evolves. Some features may depend on internet access, device compatibility, push permissions, or third-party services and may not be available in every country or at every time.

Suspension or termination

PetCure may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or serious misuse of the service. You may also stop using PetCure at any time and can request account deletion from within the app — see Delete Account.

Regional consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights you may have under mandatory consumer or data protection laws in your country or region, including in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other places where local law gives you non-waivable protections.
