Delete Your Account

You can delete your PetCure account and its data from within the app, by contacting us directly, or right here on this page.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)

Open PetCure and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Delete immediately — confirm your password to permanently and irreversibly delete your account right away, with no grace period.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@petcure.app from the address registered on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify the request and confirm once it's complete, usually within a few business days.

Option 3 — Delete from this page

Confirm your account password below to schedule or immediately delete your account.

Schedule deletion — deactivated now, permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. Signing back in cancels it. Delete immediately — permanent and irreversible, no grace period.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account profile (name, email, preferences).
All pets you own, along with their medications, dose logs, health logs, weight history, vet contacts/visits, documents, reminders.
Push-notification device tokens registered to your account.

Records we're required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (such as purchase and transaction history) are retained only as long as required by law, and are not used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.
