Turn Weeks of Notes Into a Vet-Ready PDF in Seconds
PetCure exports medication history, health logs, and weight trends into a clean, vet-ready PDF report — so appointment prep takes minutes, not a memory scramble.
PetCure's Reports tab generates vet-ready PDF summaries from a pet's medication, health, and weight history — with seven report types, customizable included sections, and flexible date ranges — ready to share or print before an appointment.
What it does
The Reports tab centers on one core action: create a clean PDF from your pet's care records for your next visit. Rather than manually reconstructing weeks of notes before an appointment, PetCure compiles what's already logged into a structured document.
Seven report types cover different needs — Vet Visit Summary, Medication Report, Health Report, Weight Report, Insurance Report, Full Pet History, and Senior Care Report — each with a sensible default set of included sections (medication history, health records, symptom timeline, appetite/energy/mobility, weight changes, key notes, member activity, and a safety disclaimer) that can be customized before export.
Reports can be scoped to a specific date range — 7, 14, or 30 days, or a custom range — and once generated, previous reports are saved for later viewing, sharing, printing, or deletion, with a Reports Snapshot showing totals across medications, adherence, health records, weights, and saved PDFs.

Real-world use cases
- A Vet Visit Summary generated the night before an appointment instead of scrambled together in the waiting room.
- A Full Pet History exported for a new vet after moving or switching clinics.
- A Senior Care Report giving a vet the quality-of-life and cognitive-trend picture in one document.
Free vs Premium
Free includes up to 3 PDF report exports per month — enough for occasional appointment prep.
Premium removes that limit for unlimited vet-ready reports, useful for pets seeing a vet frequently or households managing more than one pet's appointments.
